This document constitutes a license agreement
between NPF Perun LLC and the end user on the use
basic version of DBS. The DBS contained in the package is licensed to the end user
to the user under the terms of this agreement. Please,
read it. Using DBS is proof that
that you have read the text of this agreement, understand it and accept it

      1. OBJECT OF LEGAL PROTECTION

       2. LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
   
2.1. DBS IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WHEREIN
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR HIM
AUTHORIZED AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSSES
DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFIT OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF LOSS ASSOCIATED
BY USING (CORRECTLY OR INCORRECTLY) THIS PROGRAM.
   
2.2. LLC NPF "Perun" guarantees that, DBS, if it is not changed
by the user, will perform the functions described in the supplied
documentation.

2.3. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone,
rent, lend, sell, change,
decompile, disassemble, transfer licensed
the program or part of it differently than described in this license.
Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate
and automatic termination of this license and may result in
subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution.

2.4. Installing and using DBS demonstrates your

2.6. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you must remove
DBS files from your storage devices and refuse

This document constitutes the entire agreement for the use of DBS
and supersedes all previous statements, discussions, commitments,
agreements, communications or advertisements regarding DBS.
