A DBS type database is a collection of rows.

• Chracter - string field;
• Numeric - numeric field;
• Date - date field;
• Time - time field;
• Memo - text field;
• Blob is a binary field.

In the field parameters window that opens, enter “Field name” (can be in any language), “Field type”,

When you have finished entering the field parameters, click OK.
The length of the visible part of the field on the screen can be set by changing the width of the fixed field with the mouse.

To insert a new column in a menu Table select:

• Insert Column Left
• Insert Column Right

The new column will be inserted to the left or right of the current column.

To insert a new line in a menu Table select:

Table

• Add line above
• Add line below

A new line will be inserted above or below the current line.

To remove a column or group of marked columns from a menu Table select:

Table

• Remove column(s)

To delete a line or group of marked lines in a menu Table select:

Table

• Remove line(s)

To sort the current column or group of marked column-rows in a menu Table select:

Table

• Sort Ascending
• Sort descending

To search or replace information in the database, in the menu Search select:

Table

• Search
• Replace

To edit a Memo type field, double-click on the Memo field.

There is a new field in the database Blob for recording and storing any files in it
Double-click on the Blob field or press Enter.

Files saved in the Blob database can be stored in encrypted form.
