Program " BALANCE " designed to maintain accounting according to plan accounts and sub-accounts. Accounting for all business transactions for enterprise in the program carried out by accounting entries on based on the Double entry rule and is carried out only in total expression.
The accountant sets up chart of accounts program and sub-accounts for specific conditions of your enterprise. Thus creating analytics to obtain operational information on any date. Carries out the remainder funds on the account at the beginning reporting period (balance) in relevant sub-accounts of this account in debit or credit. Links accounts to balance line. Brings its details in primary documents.
To draw up an accounting postings for any business transaction required according to the " Chart of Accounts " select accounts/sub-accounts, by debit and credit of which the amount must be recorded of this business transaction.
Based on chart of accounts/sub-accounts and postings made accountant program for each account is corresponding journal order, in which the amounts are indicated all business transactions, affecting debit and credit this account, as well as their numbers accounts. Generalizing accounting for results of order logs maintained in the General Ledger, in which displays the final balances on all accounts, used in compiling new balance for the reporting period.
